CMT Crossroads VIP Pre-Taping Party

Produced pre-taping VIP event for the CMT program Crossroads featuring Brooks & Dunn with ZZ Top.  Responsible for implementing creative direction established by the MTV Special Events Department's New York office.  Facilitated elements including, but not limited to lighting, sound, video projection, catering, event hardware, etc. 


NBA All Star Friday for TNT & TBS Television Networks

Responsible for credentialing staff, performers, guests, and VIPs for private corporate VIP event surrounding the NBA All Star Weekend in San Francisco.  Performers included Steve Cropper, Pink, Jewel, Al Green, and Stevie Nicks.  Additionally, served as a talent liaison for performers.


Montreux Jazz Festival at Central Park

Acted as Talent Manager for the Montreux Jazz Festival's Central Park debut.  Guest included but were not limited to George Duke, Manhattan Transfer, David Sanborn, Roberta Flack, and Quincy Jones.

Coordinated production, artist transportation, and artist accommodations for two-hour performance presented exclusively for the NBA All-Star Weekend by TNT and Turner Sports Networks.  Performers included Dru Hill, Sugar Ray, David Foster, Stevie Wonder, and Bette Midler.

Managed, licensed, and researched all visual elements for cable network biography/ documentary series dedicated to the lives and careers of Country Artsits.  Artists featured included Wynonna, Tammy Wynette, Dwight Yoakam, Sara Evans, John Mellencamp, Jo Dee Messina, Brad Paisley, and LeAnn Rimes.

Oversaw talent coordination for LIVE 3-hour live pay-per-view special premiering the night before the 33rd Annual CMA Awards.  Secured necessary releases from Artist managers for the broadcast.  Artists included 'N Sync, Jewel, Merle Haggard, Alabama, Kenny Rogers, Dwight Yoakam, Faith Hill, and Terri Clark.

Coordinating Producer                                                                                                                        Airdate:  August 1999

Produced three-hour LIVE VH1 and pay-per-view special starring the original members of Bad Co. appearing together for the first time in twenty years.  Executed venue contract.  Coordinated show structure, set design, credentials, sponsorships, sponsor signage, and webcast.  Produced and placed advertising for radio and TV.

Managed and oversaw the credentials for a 12-hour live concert event attended by 130,000 people, 13 bands, and 300 production staffers.  Artists included Collective Soul, Live, Better Than Ezra, Sugar Ray, The Offspring, Everlast, The Mighty Mighty Bosstones, Third Eye Blind, Citizen King, Eve 6, and Marvelous 3.

1998 Goodwill Games Opening Celebration                                                                                   Network: TBS
Site Production Coordinator/ Accreditation Manager                                                                 Airdate: July 1998

Coordinated production and oversaw credential distribution for live 2-hour Emmy Award Winning TBS special, broadcast from the World Financial Center in New York City.  Executed contracts for rehearsal space and dressing room space, and assisted with execution of Artist contracts.  Also managed FBI approved accreditation for over 100 performers, 100 production staff, and a crowd of 5,000 spectators.  Artists included Ray Charles, Hootie and The Blowfish, Frank Wildhorn, Brandy, Bebe and Cece Winans, and Natalie Cole.

Assisted with production of 12-hour live concert event at Texas Motor Speedway featuring Vince Gill, Travis Tritt, Wynonna, Hank Williams Jr., Randy Travis, Charlie Daniels, and others.  This concert holds the record for the largest ever single-day ticketed country music event, hosting more than 150,000 spectators.
